Very relevant course for a hectic young adult life full of pressures. Exposes the illusions and assumptions many of us have about what (will) makes us happy and gives solutions on how to change that.

Awesome course. Many people suffer from depression and this course is great to understand and shift your state of mind. Can't solve a problem if you don't truly understand what's causing the problem.

I couldn't have asked for a better class to be offered during this time. Got to learn a lot about myself and why I think or do certain things without even thinking about it. Thank you for this course!
