This course is the toughest among all the six courses of Ethical Leadership Specialization. The course Director Amanda McKendree is a tough task master. The course felt like doing a Ph.D., thesis, with no direct answers to any quiz or assignment. one has to go into the course materials and references deeply, to score well in the tests. There was a reference link to 'Ugli Orange case', which gives an error message of Page not found. I suggest that the links may be reviewed periodically and ensured that they lead to the intended reference materials. Many peers do not know how to write and review the assignments. Some wrote their names, some reproduced the questions, some gave a one line reply, some used Chat GPT and reproduced the answer including its introductory remarks, many wrote identical replies indicating use of AI tools. There was a quiz correlating Transactional Leadership and Kotter's eight step model, but the subject was nowhere discussed in the course or reference materials. Many peers do not appreciate the fact that SWOT Analysis is unique to individuals and scored the assignments badly. Please reconsider the Peer Review method and use computer aided evaluation by the course director for all the assignments for instant evaluation and scoring.

Overall, The Discipline of Leadership is well-structured and insightful, making it valuable for aspiring and experienced leaders alike. The interactive components, case studies, and real-life applications ensure that learners can immediately apply concepts to their professional environments. Benchmarking Course, the course is definitely a life changing experience. I'm still working on the course yet, i've gained Valuable insights into Behavioural approaches and how to adapt better fit to suit Lead role.
