I found the information in the this course nothing short of amazing. I want more actual substance. Maybe I will find that in the upcoming courses. I think Martin E.P. Seligman's work is amazing.

A rewarding course on the introduction of Positive Psychology. Lot's of hands on tasks to practice and engage in and real life examples of implementing strategies that improve positive wellbeing.
