Amazing class. It is research based and it covers how change impacts individuals, teams, and organizations. It provides tactical plans to implement comprehensive change initiatives for small and large organizations.

The case study and practice exercises were useful in reinforcing the change concepts. But I wonder if different change methods wil be more effective in different cultures, whether due to company size, industry, or location.

I enjoyed the course, materials were good, and videos were engaging. However, there were a few issues with grading that experienced. All in all, I recommend.
