This is a great course that teaches about the American Health care system. Very detailed, billing codes, and every aspect of health care is addressed. Also talks about burn out, healthcare teams and managing various problems. Changing roles sometimes may be necessary and working as a team is always a good thing. Managers should encourage team work and praise those who are efficient. I recommend this 6 part course to know extensively about the US healthcare system, however some of the information is universal.
